Renting a wheelchair or scooter for an Orlando stay
Need a wheelchair or scooter while visiting Orlando or Central Florida? Start with when you need it in hand and when you can return it. A clear plan connects the equipment, your accommodation and your transport without leaving arrival or departure day to guesswork.
Ask about a rental for your stayIn short
Start with your dates, the equipment you need and where you will stay. Confirm the complete cost, handoff and return before you rely on the arrangement.
Catalog examples, not confirmed rental models. Ask which exact equipment is available for your dates.
Start with the rental options and your dates
Hunt Club's published short-term rental options are standard scooters and standard wheelchairs. Its listed pricing starts with a 1–2-day period, followed by additional-day charges.
Give your arrival date, the first time you need the equipment, and your proposed return date and time. For a week, several weeks or a changing departure date, ask whether that exact period is available and how it will be priced. Do not assume a weekly discount or an extension is included.
Match the equipment to the whole stay
Ask which exact rental model and configuration can be supplied for your dates. Check seat and overall dimensions, transport size and the weight someone will need to handle. Include luggage when discussing vehicle space.
Tell the supplier whether someone will push a chair or help load equipment. Keep suitability and fitting decisions with the appropriate care professional. Product examples help explain the options, but do not establish the rental model or its availability.
Agree on the address and who receives it
If requesting delivery, give the exact hotel or vacation-home address, arrival date and access details. Ask Hunt Club to confirm whether the destination, item and requested handoff can be arranged.
Separately ask the accommodation whether someone may receive or hold equipment for you. Agree who must be present, where the handoff happens and who you will call if the flight or check-in time changes. If you change properties during the stay, settle that movement before booking.
Get one complete rental quote
Ask for the rental charge, any minimum period, delivery or collection charges, taxes, deposit and optional items to be separated on the quote. Check what must be paid before confirmation, the cancellation terms and the contact for equipment support.
For a longer stay, ask how additional days are counted and what happens if you need to extend or finish early. Keep a requested date or handoff time marked as unconfirmed until the supplier accepts it.
Plan the return before departure day
Settle the return time, location and responsible person before you rely on the arrangement. Compare the collection window with hotel checkout and the time you must leave for your flight. Ask what can be arranged if those times do not fit; do not assume an unattended drop-off or an after-hours collection.
Check the equipment and accessories against the agreement, ask which return preparations apply, and keep confirmation that the handoff is complete. If a deposit applies, ask about inspection, possible deductions and processing time. Contact the supplier about changed dates before relying on an extension.
Put your stay into a clear request.
