Our goal is simple: help people looking for medical equipment find Hunt Club through Google and AI-powered search, then make it easy to call or visit.
We’ve started building the website foundation for that strategy. We’ll work with you to finish it, confirm the details and focus on the products, services and local questions that matter to your customers. After launch, we’ll keep improving it with your feedback and the results we can measure.
In short: Useful answers that help the right people find you and take the next step with your team.
Your existing site gives us a starting point. We can build on it with more of the answers people need before buying:
We’ll build on this site with useful product answers, local buying guides and customer reviews. The goal: help people find Hunt Club in Google and AI search, then make it easy to call or visit.
For example, someone looking for equipment in Winter Park can find a local page, compare products and call your Apopka store.
This is a working version of the website we propose to finish and launch for you. Your business details and feedback will shape the next steps, not a separate redesign from scratch.

Google Search Console and Google Analytics setup are part of the proposed launch, after access and privacy arrangements are approved. Unavailable data is clearly marked. A phone-button click is not a completed call, inquiry or sale. Confirmed inquiries can be included where the business can track them.
Finish and tailor this website, confirm business details, refine content and design, prepare search and tracking foundations, test and launch.
$4,000 to start; $4,000 once approved and ready to launch.Target launch: 2–3 weeks after the starting payment and essential business details and access. We’ll confirm the date together, launch sooner if ready and flag delays promptly.
Ongoing content, improvements and reports. Starts after launch, paid monthly in advance. No long-term commitment. Cancel before your next billing date; service continues through the month you’ve paid for.
Send your request and we’ll contact you about the next steps. No payment is taken here.
Move forwardAfter payment in full, you own the completed website and original content without needing to retain monthly marketing. Third-party licenses and hosting remain separate.
Your website should change with your business. We build for quick updates, useful content and clear customer paths, then check the experience on phones and desktops. Launch is the beginning: improvements should follow real priorities, accurate information and what customers need next.
Ongoing improvements are part of the proposed monthly engagement, within the agreed scope.
We can start with what you already have. Tell us about products, services, areas or customer questions you want us to focus on, now or later.
Share business priorities (optional)Business information only. No patient information.
Initial build: The existing website foundation is included. We finish and tailor it around agreed business details, priorities and launch requirements, with two consolidated revision rounds. Confirm the specific changes in writing before work begins. This includes content and design refinements, search foundations, Google Search Console and Google Analytics setup with authorized access and appropriate privacy choices, testing and launch. Full catalog migration, a full pediatric website rebuild and major new features are separate. The official clinic website remains primary for full medical information and appointments.
Monthly work: Four new original pages/articles, two substantive updates, source checks, internal links, one consolidated revision round, up to two hours of small usability changes, reports on the 1st and 15th of each month and a monthly review. Equipment and pediatric priorities share this baseline; it is not unlimited work or a separate retainer for each business. Agree substitutions when another priority is more useful.
Getting started and launching: Existing public information is enough to begin research and concept work. Products, services, areas and customer questions are welcome during the build and ongoing work, not prerequisites for research or concept work. Target launch: two to three weeks after the starting payment and essential business details and access are received. Confirm the date together; launch sooner if ready and flag any access or approval delay promptly. Before launch, confirm operational details, prices and service promises; approve the final pages, privacy arrangements, URL/redirect plan and launch. Clinical or legal claims need qualified review. Access or approval delays can move dates.
Payment and timing: All figures are USD. The $8,000 build is paid $4,000 to start and $4,000 when approved and ready to launch. The $2,000 monthly service starts only after launch, with no build/retainer billing overlap. Monthly service is paid in advance. No long-term commitment. Cancel before your next billing date; service continues through the month you have paid for. Applicable taxes and approved third-party costs are additional.
Optional six-month illustration: One build month plus five monthly cycles totals $18,000, including 20 new pieces and 10 updates after launch. This illustrates the work, not a required six-month commitment or every topic on the larger roadmap.
Ownership and separate costs: After payment in full, you own the completed website and original content we create, even if monthly marketing ends. Third-party assets and platforms retain their licenses. Hosting, software, advertising, ecommerce, insurance processing, clinical/legal review, full catalog migration and major features are separate. Agree the platform, priority catalog inventory, useful URLs to preserve, redirects, accounts and handoff before production work begins. Material scope changes require written agreement.
Evidence and expectations: The public-site observations are from October 20, 2026, not a private analytics audit or proof of low traffic. We commit to agreed work and reporting, not rankings, AI citations, traffic, patients, sales or revenue. The demo remains noindex; production indexing and measurement need an approved launch and appropriate authorization. Informational reach does not imply nationwide delivery. The optional business questionnaire stores business priorities privately; it is not a patient or customer inquiry form.
